At Complete Pole we want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. All our products are quality goods, however, in the event that you receive a faulty product, wrong order, incomplete order or the product is damaged you can contact us anytime.

Please note DVD items are not refundable.

How to qualify for your guarantee:

Please contact us using the form via your order history. Fill in the form and briefly describe the problem with your order. We will contact you within 24 hours with a return confirmation email and a return shipping address. Please allow Complete Pole 1-2 weeks after receiving your return to credit your account.

Preparation of returned items:

Please send back with your returned item(s) with a print our of the return confirmation email. Please package your return items securely and in original packaging.

Please note that we are not responsible for returned items that have been lost or damaged in transit. Please inquire on insuring your returned items using your local shipping service.
